We are a 5th generation family farm located near Conrad, Iowa which is Grundy County. Arlyn’s grandfather started farming in Butler County Iowa. Marla’s family farmed in Grundy County. Arlyn and Marla got married and started farming in 1976. Brent graduated from Iowa State University in 2001 and returned to the farm at that time.
Together they now farm and raise corn and soybeans. Schipper Family Farms also does a lot of custom farming for area farmers. We treat every acre as it is our own. We are in position to grow our acres while maintaining good relationships with current landowners, neighbors and the community.
Our main focus is to preserve the environment while using current technology to produce a quality product.
